MPRESSION:
Right Breast: BI-RADS CATEGORY 1-Negative, no evidence of malignancy.
Left Breast: BI-RADS CATEGORY 1-Negative, no evidence of malignancy.

U/S pelvis
Impression
IMPRESSION: Endometrium measures 4 mm in thickness and appears
unremarkable.

Right ovary is physiologic appearing with a simple benign appearing
small paraovarian 9 x 7 x 7 mm cyst - not considered significant.

Left ovary demonstrates:
21 x 19 x 22 mm cyst - a portion of which contains low-level echoes,
no septations; consider the differential possibility of a hemorrhagic
cyst.
17 x 15 x 17 mm uniform appearing hypoechoic cystic structure - might
represent a corpus luteum (differential possibility of endometrioma
is not excluded)
Nearby uniformly mildly echogenic focus measuring 10 x 7 x 8 mm (not
shadowing) with a small focus of internal vascularity - this is of
questionable significance.

Dilated pelvic vasculature bilaterally (more prominent on the left)
suggesting pelvic vascular congestion.

Adnexal finding as above.
2018 KP Interregional Practice Parameter Category: Adnexa 07.
Recommendation: Possible hemorrhagic cyst. Consider consultation with
gynecology. Follow-up ultrasound at 3, 6, and 12 months if not
resolved or decreased at any point during follow up. If category
changes during follow up, use schedule for new category. If stable at
one year, discontinue imaging follow-up or remove surgically.

POSITIVE ALERT

The results of this study have been annotated as abnormal in EPIC,
the patient's electronic medical record.

Пойду на приём 5 февраля. Если подскажете какие ещё анализы сделать, чтобы понять что со мной буду очень признательна.
